Welcome to August Break! This month, I am slowing down and enjoying the present. Even though I consider this a "lifestyle" blog, I don't share a lot from my personal life. Not only will August Break provide me with some down time, but it will let us get to know each other a bit better as well.
Today's post: breakfast. More often than not, my breakfast consists of peanut butter toast with a side of berries; some coffee, and a glass of water. If I'm feeling energetic, I'll make a healthier version of crepes, or scrambled eggs with spinach.
